We find that 45 minutes is the best time when it comes to training because its not too short and not too long. Anything less is never enough and 60 seems to lead to over training.
45 Minute Sample:
5-10 minute Warm Up – We use dynamic movements to get your blood flowing to the muscles. This prepares them for the workout, preventing injury.
30-35 minute Specialized Exercise – This is where we keep you moving working every part of your body using various exercise techniques.
5-10 minute Stretching or Intervals – At this time we will stretch out using a hands on approach or foam rolling. Also intervals are an option if weight loss is the goal.
